In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0), each company seeks to automate its production processes by introducing modern technologies. The largest agricultural holding Miratorg, where the RST-Invent company introduces radio frequency identification (RFID) technology to automate the control of the processes of acceptance / shipment of raw materials and finished products, was no exception.
RST-Invent and Miratorg concluded an agreement on the development and supply of RFID cards designed for contactless identification and accounting of returnable packaging. The customer plans to label plastic containers that will be used in rooms with high humidity and freezing temperatures.
To meet the stated requirements, RST-Invent specialists developed and produced an RFID card with enhanced protective characteristics that preserve the radiophysical properties of the antenna and integrity under shock loads, as well as additional lamination and graphic information. In addition, the card withstands washing with alkaline solutions in high-pressure apparatuses.
Today, the second batch of RFID cards is being prepared for shipment. In total, it is planned to put more than 100 thousand cards.
Miratorg (Miratorg Agro-Industrial Holding) is a backbone Russian agro-industrial company, one of the largest meat producers in Russia, and the largest pork producer in Russia.
